Delivery

Worldwide tracked delivery is free and included in the price

  • Our products are airfreighted to you via DHL Express with tracking. We would require your email, phone number and postal address to dispatch the watch to you.

    DHL Express will contact you with regards to tax duties payment (if required) and any rescheduling of your delivery if you missed your pickup window.

  • We have free tracked delivery to most countries (220+).

    We do NOT deliver to the below countries (our logistics partner do no operate in these regions):
    Antarctica, Ascension, Bovet Island, British Indian Ocean Territory, French Polynesia, French Southern Territories, Heard & Mcdonald Islands, Palestinian Territories, Pitcairn, South Georgia & South Sandwich Islands, Svalbard & Jan Mayen, Saint Pierre & Miquelon, Tajikistan, Tristan Da Cunha, US Minor Outlying Islands (Baker Island, Howland Island, Jarvis Island, Johnston Atoll, Kingman Reef, Midway Atoll, Palmyra Atoll, Wake Island), Wallis & Futuna & Western Sahara.

    *If we are unable to deliver to the country of your choice or that there are other restrictions in place, we will contact you immediately for an alternate address or we have the right cancel and refund your purchase in full (if an alternate delivery address is not an option).

  • Your order is taken care of by our team 24 hours after the order is confirmed (excluding weekends and Australian public holidays). Depending on stock availability, your watch may be ready for delivery within 24-48 hours after a final quality control inspection.

    In the case of a pre-order to finance the production stage of a new model, the delivery of the watch will be done later (it will be written on the pre-order page).

  • Once your order is delivered, you will receive your tracking information via SMS or email from our logistics partner. If you have not received anything, please contact us or send us an email at hello@mancheront.com and we will follow up. Please allow 48 hours from the payment of order to receive your tracking information.

  • New tracking numbers usually take about 24 hours to activate from the time you receive your shipping confirmation. If your tracking number is not working past 24 hours, please contact us or send us an email at hello@mancheront.com and we will follow up. Please note that we do not deliver during the weekend.
